William A. Kempner, III received his Bachelor's degree from Columbia University in 1990, and his law degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1993. He has handled workers' compensation cases throughout the State of Florida since 1994. A majority of his practice is now devoted to representing injured workers throughout the panhandle of Florida, from Jacksonville to Pensacola. Bill was previously a managing partner for a statewide workers' compensation defense firm with offices in Sarasota, Miami, Fort Myers, Tampa, Jacksonville, Tallahassee and Pensacola. This provided Bill with excellent insight and exposure to the inner workings of workers' compensation insurance companies. Bill has also conducted numerous seminars regarding the rights and remedies afforded by the workers' compensation system. Bill is a member of the Florida Bar (Workers' Compensation Section) and is also admitted to practice before the Florida State Courts, the U.S Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District.
