Scott Thomas provides representation in a broad array of civil matters with a focus on personal injury and business litigation.

For the first four years of his practice, Scott worked with one of Jacksonville's oldest civil defense firms. Representing mostly insurance companies defending personal injury claims, he learned the strategies and perspective of insurers, information which is now extremely helpful in representing those injured by the actions of others.

Scott's business practice includes representation in complex contract disputes, disputes among shareholders and partners of closely held corporations and small partnerships, business torts, non-compete agreements, and counsel regarding the duties and rights of employers and employees. His commercial litigation practice includes protecting clients from the claims of others as well as asserting and enforcing clients' rights.
